Fueled by more than 30 years of real estate experience, including over 20 alongside key members of Exclusive Group, Kathryn serves as the team’s key transactional expert, handling everything including listings, to offers, and each contract from signing to closing. As such, her real estate knowledge is unmatched, especially when it comes to what is required behind the scenes to micromanage one of South Florida’s top sales teams.

Kathryn is a sixth-generation Floridian who was born and raised in Delray Beach with strong ties to the community dating all the way back to the 1930s, when both sets of her grandparents originally came to the area to begin farming careers. Her own real estate career began in 1986 while attending college and continued upon her return to Delray Beach in 1990 when she obtained her real estate license. Since the early 2000’s, she has worked with the industry’s top producers, Randy Ely and Nicholas Malinosky, and is happy to be part of The Exclusive Group.

Growing up, Kathryn attended the Trinity Lutheran School and Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, and then went on to the University of Georgia. She then earned a second degree from Claremont Montessori Institute. She and her husband, Wayne live in Delray Beach and love traveling together either to places where Wayne is coaching American football, or anywhere else they can spend time with each other, their two adult children, and six grandchildren.
